Clifford “Chip” Olson is the CEO and owner of RE 1 Advisor.  He is originally from Wisconsin and at the age of 24 moved to Naples, FL where he has been for the past 36 years.  He has raised a daughter, started and owned multiple businesses and has held a real estate license for over 30 years.  Chip is a leader and veteran in the real estate industry and is a part of the Naples Area Board of Realtors.  He has spoken on many Real Estate subjects and advises clients regarding their Real Estate investments on a national level. Chip Olson is happily married and owns two dogs that he enjoys spending time with on his off hours.  Chip has a passion for long distance biking, boating, and is very involved in his Naples and SW Florida community.

Darren Schoof has been a Real Estate Broker in Southwest Florida for over 20 years, and has extensive experience in both residential and commercial listing, sales, and residential and commercial property management.  He is the 2020 chairperson for the Commercial Committee at the Naples Board of Realtors and a member of the Southwest Florida Commercial Investment Professionals.  Before moving to Southwest Florida, Darren served six years in the Marine Corps and was in Operation Desert Storm.  His early career was in the hotel and hospitality business working in the kitchen and rooms division.  Darren can be found in the kitchen on his off hours, spending time with his children and grandchildren or putting together his family’s genealogy.

Megan Olson is a licensed CAM and REALTOR agent for RE 1 Advisor.  She is a Naples, FL. native.  After graduating from the University of North Florida and spending eight years up in Jacksonville Megan decided to move back to Naples to help her dad with his real estate company.  She has a degree and background in health and fitness but has found her passion in the work her dad does.  Her love of people and animals has led her to being involved in non-profit work and volunteering for the Shy Wolf Sanctuary.  On her down time Megan enjoys spending time with her cat, doing outdoor activities, and gardening.

Zhi Hong Wu is a Realtor in Southwest Florida who has bought and sold millions of dollars worth of properties along the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico. For the past 20 years, he’s built his career investing in commercial, residential and luxury properties and his success rate comes from having a keen eye and a sharp understanding of what it is his clients want. Born in Southern China, Zhi moved to Southwest Florida in the early 1990s and still maintains family ties to China today. His ability to speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin enables him to explain to Chinese clients the Real Estate process so they feel confident in their final purchase.

Vessi Guglielmo is a Broker Associate and works the European branch for RE 1 Advisor, LLC.  A resident of Naples Florida and Salzburg Austria, she brings a unique international experience to the Global Real Estate Marketplace.  As a licensed Broker in Florida and in Austria, her goal is to provide Global opportunities to her customers.  Prior to moving to Florida and entering into the Real Estate Industry, with over 25 years of sales experience, Vessi served for ten years on the Austrian Olympic Committee in marketing and sales, recruiting sponsors for the Olympic athletic teams.  She gained experience virtually in every aspect of the international business.  She is fluent in English, German and Russian and her multicultural background and knowledge, are additional Asset to diversify and widen her global network.  She is able to conduct business relationships with most of the West and East European countries.

 

 

Larry and Mary Hale moved to Naples in 1990 from Bloomington, Indiana.  At that time, Larry tested for the Florida Property and Casualty Insurance License.  A successful 25 year career followed as a commercial insurance agent advising Naples clients on their insurance needs.  In 2015 at the age of 70 he retired as a partner from Gulfshore Insurance after 20 years of service.  Larry is a 1972 graduate of the Indiana University Business School and served for four years in the United States Air Force in Italy and Japan as a Russian linguist.

 

 

Randy Beres oversees maintenance and is the partial owner for Full Circle Maintenance of SWFL.  He hails from the state of Wisconsin and has been residing in SW Florida for the last 40 years.  Randy has been involved in the construction industry, both directly and indirectly, during that time.  He also has been involved in the Real Estate industry since 2004.  Randy’s ability to focus on details, and to ensure the best possible outcome for his clients, makes him a leader in customer service.  In his off time, Randy enjoys boating and fishing, and going up to Canada to visit his two granddaughters.
