The Wilds of Emily Creek
RE 1 Advisor, LLC. is consulting with the Appalachian Renewal Project with the development of “The Wilds of Emily Creek”.
The Wilds of Emily Creek is among North America’s finest wilderness properties. Large game, elk and white-tailed deer, wild turkeys and bears populate the land. Besides the great wildlife, the Wilds of Emily Creek also has trails for ATVing, horseback riding, mountain biking and hiking.
The on-site, full-time game keeper along with the part-time staff (guides, biologist and large game veterinarians) maintain logistics, feed plots and trail maintenance. Hunting guides, a processor and a taxidermist will be available at the Wilds of Emily Creek.
The Wilds of Emily Creek consist of 7,000+ acres of wilderness with trails and is limited to 43 memberships.
1168 Goodlette Building
RE 1 Advisor, LLC. has been selected to project manage the renovations of the 1168 Goodlette building. 1168 Goodlette is located in the Colonial Square plaza off of Goodlette Road and has 5 medical offices within.
RE 1 Advisor’s consultants will assist in the design meetings, bidding the project and overseeing construction of the state-of-the-art medical renovations.
The owners, Naples Cardiac and Endovascular Center, are modifying the property with a planned expansion of their heart and vascular medical space. This renovation will feature space for clinical office visits, stress testing (including nuclear and echocardiographic modalities), vascular ultrasound diagnostic imaging, echocardiographic imaging and electrocardiography.
Other renovations will include expansion of their state-of-the-art office-based surgical suite to offer arterial and deep venous endovascular interventional procedures and two state-of-the-art endovenous procedure rooms.
Texas Family Retreat
RE 1 Advisor and Entoro Capital of Houston, Texas are working together to create something special. Families with autistic kids have a hard time finding a place to vacation that meet the needs of their children. RE 1 and Entoro see the need for places that can cater to not only the family as a unit, but to everyone individually, thus creating a retreat that will focus on providing a vacation getaway for families with autistic children. It will have the feel and activities of a ranch, along with the care and help of caregivers, housing, service dogs, and programs and activities that are catered to their children with special needs.
Ridge Street
RE 1 Advisor is overseeing the renovation for the expansion of the law firm, Woodward, Pires and Lombardo, PA., located on US41 and Ridge St. in Naples, FL.
Eleven06 Building in Pennsylvania
RE 1 Advisor is the acting project consultant for the Eleven06 building in Pennsylvania. The Eleven06 building is a mixed use project located on Reedsdale Street only 800 ft. from Heinz Field, where The Steelers play. The owner is remodeling the building, which will consist of 38 units, and is opening up some space for a possible tap room and signage.

RE 1 Advisor is overseeing the project of the new location for Florida Motorsports. Florida Motorsports is family-owned and operated and conveniently located in Naples, FL. Noah’s Ark Communities
RE 1 Advisor is the development designer for Noah’s Ark Communities and will be assisting in the creation of multiple Noah’s Ark Communities across the US. Noah’s Ark Communities provide a safe & residential living, learning, and work environment to individuals living with developmental disabilities, generally with a focus on the autistic spectrum disorder. Their goal will be to develop residential villages nationally, serving about 120 individuals each. Noah’s Ark Communities, as a concept, takes its inspiration from Paul Newman’s “Hole in the Wall” charity, and from Gould Farm- a unique therapeutic farm in Massachusetts. Noah’s Ark Communities have been endorsed by Goodwill Industries and The Dan Marino Foundation.
Shipyard Villas Condominiums
Shipyard Villas is a 36-unit condominium project near the Caloosahatchee River in North Fort Myers, Florida. The community, which fronts on a canal along North Key Drive, has direct access to the river and was a project of Shipyard Development, LLC., of Naples. Eight of the Villas are two-story villas with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,180 square feet of living space and have second-floor balconies. Shipyard Villas is equipped with boat docks that can accommodate boats up to 35 feet in length. Shipyard Villas features an Old Florida-style, Key West design with metal roofs, clapboard-style siding and individual entrances. The other amenities included are a common recreational area and a community swimming pool.
Page Field Commercial Park Office Condominiums
Page Field Commercial Park was developed and managed by Chip Olson. Page Field presents a premier office and warehouse facility that is located off of Cleveland Ave in Fort Myers, Florida. These condominium units will satisfy a variety of office/warehouse needs within an industrial zoning district. Page Field has four buildings that are each 15,600 square feet and offers a loading zone.
Colonial Square Office Condominiums
Colonial Square Office Park was developed in 1988 by Chip Olson and his development company Buccaneers Roost, Ltd. Colonial Square is a charming commercial office park that is centrally located in Naples. As the name suggest, Colonial Square features Colonial style architecture from the landscaping to the lighting, the nine acre park closely resembles Williamsburg. It is just south of the Coastland Mall and the Naples Zoo on Goodlette Frank. Since its debut in 1988, Colonial Square has grown steadily. The office park includes tenants from all different business practices and there is plentiful parking available. Colonial Square Office Park is managed by RE 1 Advisor, LLC.
