The owners, Naples Cardiac and Endovascular Center, are modifying the property with a planned expansion of their heart and vascular medical space. This renovation will feature space for clinical office visits, stress testing (including nuclear and echocardiographic modalities), vascular ultrasound diagnostic imaging, echocardiographic imaging and electrocardiography. Other renovations will include expansion of their state-of-the-art office-based surgical suite to offer arterial and deep venous endovascular interventional procedures and two state-of-the-art endovenous procedure rooms. Noah’s Ark Communities RE 1 Advisor is the development designer for Noah’s Ark Communities and will be assisting in the creation of multiple Noah’s Ark Communities across the US. Noah’s Ark Communities provide a safe & residential living, learning, and work environment to individuals living with developmental disabilities, generally with a focus on the autistic spectrum disorder. Their goal will be to develop residential villages nationally, serving about 120 individuals each. Noah’s Ark Communities, as a concept, takes its inspiration from Paul Newman’s “Hole in the Wall” charity, and from Gould Farm- a unique therapeutic farm in Massachusetts. Noah’s Ark Communities have been endorsed by Goodwill Industries and The Dan Marino Foundation. Shipyard Villas Condominiums Shipyard Villas is a 36-unit condominium project near the Caloosahatchee River in North Fort Myers, Florida. The community, which fronts on a canal along North Key Drive, has direct access to the river and was a project of Shipyard Development, LLC., of Naples. Eight of the Villas are two-story villas with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,180 square feet of living space and have second-floor balconies. Shipyard Villas is equipped with boat docks that can accommodate boats up to 35 feet in length. Shipyard Villas features an Old Florida-style, Key West design with metal roofs, clapboard-style siding and individual entrances.
