Clifford ‘Chip’ Olson
CEO, CCIM & BROKER
Clifford “Chip” Olson is the CEO and owner of RE 1 Advisor. He has started and owned multiple businesses and has held a real estate license for over 30 years. Chip is a leader and veteran in the real estate industry, is a part of the Naples Area Board of Realtors and has his designation in CCIM. He has spoken on many Real Estate subjects and advises clients regarding their Real Estate investments on a national level.
Darren Schoof
DIRECTOR OF BROKERAGE & SALES ASSOCIATE
Darren Schoof has been the chairperson for the Commercial Committee at the Naples Board of Realtors several times and He has been a Real Estate Broker in Southwest Florida for over 20 years and has extensive experience in both residential and commercial listing, sales, and residential and commercial property management. He is the 2020 chairperson for the Commercial Committee at the Naples Board of Realtors and a member of the Southwest Florida Commercial Investment Professionals. Before moving to Southwest Florida, Darren served six years in the Marine Corps and was in Operation Desert Storm.
Megan Olson Swanson

Megan Olson-Swanson has held a CAM license for over 5 years with RE 1 Advisor. She holds a current Real Estate Associate license and is a part of the Commercial Committee at Naples Area Board of Realtors. A native to Naples, Megan decided to join her father in 2020 and make RE 1 Advisor, LLC. a multi-generational company.
Uriel Medrano
Property Manager and Real Estate Associate
Uriel Medrano is a local native of Naples, FL. A recent graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University, he has a background in Finance and Real Estate and now is a full time licensed Real Estate Associate. With his college background he is able to wear many hats, not only is he a Commercial property manager, he also helps with project management, accounting and Real Estate opportunities. He is fluent in Spanish and English and his multicultural background help him conduct business in SW FL.
Brenda Schuyler
Comptroller
Brenda Schuyler carries a degree in Accounting, Business and Healthcare Administration from UW-Milwaukee. She has almost 40 years of accounting experience in many types of businesses. Brenda is an Army Veteran and in her spare time like to help out Veteran organizations, including assisting during the Veteran Honor Flights of Collier County.
