Chip Olson, Owner of Re 1 Advisor, LLC announced the promotion of Evan Weiss to Director of Research and Ginger Harding to Director of Lifestyle Services.

Evan Weiss joined Re 1 Advisor in 2015 as an intern and a junior real estate analyst. A recent graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University and a Florida Licensed Real Estate agent since 2010, Weiss will oversee research and reporting for all directors and department managers.

Ginger Harding will assume the Director’s position of Lifestyle Management for RE 1 Advisor.  Harding’s department will oversee all residential management along with aviation and marine real estate sales, leasing and management for RE1 Clients.

Olson also announced the additions of Tiago Zamboni who will head up the RE1 Advisor’s Brazilian office and relations with its Brazilian clients. Zamboni, from Curitiba Brazil, will assist Brazilian clients with acquisition of U. S. Real Estate assets. Colleen Fernandez also joined the company and will work as a Multifamily and Senior specialist.  Fernandez is former president of the Naples Area Apartment Association and holds designations as a Certified Apartment Manager and Senior Real Estate Specialist.
